Eduardo Ruiz, new General Manager of Laia
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Eduardo Ruiz as Laia's new CEO. With more than 25 years of experience in implementing innovative strategies and leading multidisciplinary teams, Eduardo has worked in leading multinationals , startups and mid-sized companies.
Eduardo has a solid academic background, including a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, an MBA from IE Business School and a Master's degree in Internet Business from ISDI. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to achieve outstanding results and lead high-performance teams. He has held general management positions, leading key areas such as sales, marketing and business development, achieving significant commercial successes and positioning several companies as leaders in their respective markets. In addition, he has led transformation and renewal projects, developing omnichannel businesses and collaborating closely with leading industry figures.
Eduardo will focus on strengthening Laia's position in the audiovisual market, continuing to drive innovation, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction (Laia's strategic differentiating values). Eduardo will also lead the international expansion of the company, already present in Europe and Latin America. His strategic vision and commitment to Laia's values will be crucial to face the challenges of the sector and take advantage of emerging opportunities.
