Prime Support 6 years

Optional extended warranty service for C-Pro, Broadcaster, Broadcaster Pro and t-Pod family products .

For the cameras of the C-Pro, Broadcaster and Broadcaster Pro families, the 6-year extended warranty is free of charge by registering on the Laia website up to two months from the date of purchase. 

In addition to covering legal warranties, Prime Support adds an extra support service, offered by our product and after-sales team.

The extra support service includes the attention within 2 hours (*) of RMA (defective product) and DOA (product return) incidents received via web; the replacement of the product within 48 hours (**) at the latest from its reception; and the resolution of doubts through a help desk always available through a form on our web page.

Warranty service and support included in all B-Hybrid family products and in MyTeam, for 2 years from product purchase.

In addition to covering legal warranties, Professional Support adds an extra support service, offered by our product and after-sales team. 

The extra support service includes the attention within 6 hours (*) of RMA (defective product) and DOA (product return) incidents received via web; the replacement of the product within a maximum of 10 days from its reception; and the resolution of doubts through a help desk always available through a form on our web page.

(*) Monday to Friday working days, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., CET/CEST.

(**) From Monday to Friday LAIA working hours and from 9.00 to 18hrs. CET. The times of collection and shipment of equipment are those indicated for the Spanish peninsular territory. Other destinations will be subject to the conditions of transport, customs... of each country.
