Prime Support

Warranty and support service included in all products of the C-Pro, myTeam (except myTeam Planner), Broadcaster and t-Pod families, for 3 years from product purchase (optionally extendable up to 5 years).

In addition to covering legal warranties, Prime Support adds an extra support service, offered by our product and after-sales team.

The extra support service includes the attention within 2 hours (*) of RMA (defective product) and DOA (product return) incidents received via web; the replacement of the product within 48 hours at the latest from its reception; and the resolution of doubts through a help desk always available through a form on our web page.

 

Professional Support

Warranty service and support included in all products of the Business & Home family and in MyTeam Planner, for 2 years from product purchase.

In addition to covering legal warranties, Professional Support adds an extra support service, offered by our product and after-sales team. 

The extra support service includes the attention within 6 hours (*) of RMA (defective product) and DOA (product return) incidents received via web; the replacement of the product within a maximum of 10 days from its reception; and the resolution of doubts through a help desk always available through a form on our web page.
