Prime Support 6 years

Extended warranty service for products in the C-Pro, C-Pro Infinity Broadcaster Pro families .

For cameras in the C-Pro, C-Pro Infinity Broadcaster Pro families, Broadcaster Pro 6-year extended warranty is free upon registration on the Laia website within two months of the purchase date. 

In addition to covering legal warranties, Prime Support adds an extra support service, offered by our product and after-sales team.

The extra support service includes the attention within 2 hours (*) of RMA (defective product) and DOA (product return) incidents received via web; the replacement of the product within 48 hours (**) at the latest from its reception; and the resolution of doubts through a help desk always available through a form on our web page.

6 Years - Prime Support Terms

Prime Support

Warranty and support services are included with all products in the C-Pro, C-Pro Infinity, Broadcaster Pro, myTeam t-Pod product families for 3 years from the date of purchase (optionally extendable to 6 years for cameras in the C-Pro, C-Pro Infinity Broadcaster Pro product families purchased on or after January 1, 2025).

Warranty service and support included in all products of the B-Hybrid family. B-Hybrid and on MyTeamfor 2 years from product purchase.

In addition to covering legal warranties, Professional Support adds an extra support service, offered by our product and after-sales team. 

The extra support service includes the attention within 6 hours (*) of RMA (defective product) and DOA (product return) incidents received via web; the replacement of the product within a maximum of 10 days from its reception; and the resolution of doubts through a help desk always available through a form on our web page.

2 Years - Professional Support Terms

(*) Monday to Friday working days, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., CET/CEST.

(**) From Monday to Friday LAIA working hours and from 9.00 to 18hrs. CET. The times of collection and shipment of equipment are those indicated for the Spanish peninsular territory. Other destinations will be subject to the conditions of transport, customs... of each country.
